Can I order shipping items online for local pickup or delivery?

Yes! Items that are avaialble for shipping (Cake Jars, Brownie Cheesecake Jars, Brownies, Jumbo Cookies) are able to be picked up or delivered within the Richmond City. Orders are placed through the order form and confirmed by a team member. All pickup and delivery orders are collected on Saturday/ Sunday each week. 

When is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped on Tuesdays. The ordering timeframe is Sunday - Saturday, and orders placed during that time are shipped the following Tuesday.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by USPS for the anticipated weight of the package.

Do you accept same-day pickup/ delivery orders?

Because we are a small business, we at the time do not have the capacity to accept same day orders for any products.

How do I store my products after I receive them?

Cake Jars and Brownie Cheesecake Jars are to be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days or can be frozen for up to 10 days. Brownies and Cookies can be stored at room temperature for 2-3 days.

Does Jai's Sweet Treats offer any "alcoholic" items?

No. Jai's Sweet Treats does not bake with any liquor or alcohol.

What is no-bake cheesecake?

No-bake cheesecake is a dessert with the flavor of cheesecake but the consistency of frosting or filling. It does not require baking to be prepared unlike traditional cheesecake. ​

Do you have gluten free or vegan flavors?

At this time we do not offer gluten free or vegan flavors but we hope to in the near future!

If I have a nut-allergy should I eat at Jai's Sweet Treats?

Jai's Sweet Treats is NOT a nut-free bakery. We have many products that have peanuts and other nut products. We recommend customers with nut allergies err on the better side and avoid eating from our bakery.
